This little breakfast hut is in north Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Ate there every morning in my visit August 2012. They make the best taylor ham breakfast sandwiches in town. Was sad to learn that it took a devastating hit by Hurricane Sandy just a few months later. Talked to the proprietor and they were planning to rebuild and come back strong! And can you guess her favorite color is red ???
Elaine has had a passion for painting since she was a young girl. She has worked in corporate America for nearly 30 years and now finds herself semi-retired and reviving the passion by exploring her talents with watercolors.
